This workshop focuses on the six key "founder development" innovation skills that Velocity has discovered (bias to action, customer obsession, resilience, resourcefulness, strong communication and ambition) and takes participants through a self-assessment to identify their areas for growth as well as practical exercises. The learnings from the entrepreneurship and education world can support anyone who wants to increase their personal effectiveness and who want to develop the fortitude to bring new products, services and ideas to life.
