General Chairs are Prof. Yoshua Bengio (Université de Montréal, Canada), a Turing Award laureate and pioneer of deep learning, and Prof. Viktor Jirsa (Aix-Marseille Université, France; EBRAINS), renowned for his work in theoretical neuroscience and Virtual Brain Twins and Chief Science Officer of EBRAINS. The event includes workshops, tutorials, special sessions (Neurorobotics, Neural Networks for Graphs and Beyond), and demo sessions. Conference proceedings are published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Computer Science. The conference has received funding from the Research Council of Lithuania (LMTLT), agreement No P-MOR-25-22-VDU, and has been performed in cooperation with European Brain Research InfrastructureS (EBRAINS) and the European Neural Network Society (ENNS).
