A workshop bringing together researchers and practitioners studying the technical, behavioral, and systemic dimensions of cybercrime, with particular emphasis on detecting and disrupting service-based criminal ecosystems (Crime-as-a-Service) and the human actors who operate them. Colocated with the ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS).

The 2026 edition of the TAKEDOWN Workshop, colocated with ACM CCS 2026, focused on Crime-as-a-Service ecosystems, bulletproof hosting, detection and technical countermeasures, human and behavioral aspects of cybercrime, cyber-assisted and hybrid crime, and disruption/intervention impact. Accepted papers will be published in the ACM CCS workshops' proceedings, with selected papers invited to submit extended versions to a special issue of a Q1 journal.
